We want you to love your skincare and anti-aging routine with Terra Youth. We proudly offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for qualifying items.

Return Conditions & Safety Guidelines

Due to the personal nature of beauty and anti-aging products, returns must meet strict health and safety standards:

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Product Condition: For sanitary and safety reasons, only unopened items in their original, sealed packaging are eligible for return and full refund. Opened, tested, or used products cannot be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our support team at support@terrayouth.com with your order number and photos of the unopened product packaging.
2. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Once your package is received and inspected at our Albuquerque facility, your full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Allergic Reactions or Sensitivity

We recommend reviewing ingredient lists thoroughly prior to purchase. If you experience an adverse medical reaction, please discontinue use immediately and contact our customer service team.
